Damages:  Please look over item immediately upon receiving the item.  If any damages are found please notify customer service at support@simplysavvyboutique.com.  Pictures need to be provided and merchandise needs to be returned to be able to process a refund.  We must be notified of any damages within 5 days of receipt. 

All sales are FINAL on accessories, thrifty thursday sale items, daily deals or any other sale items.
